That's Dad.

History of My Hobby

I've always been interested in hovercraft since my father had one when I was nine or ten years old and lived in Ontario. I've been drawing/designing boats and hovercraft for years now and started to build one many years ago...til the money ran out, then the power saw got to it :-(
Since moving to Michigan I made another attempt to build/rebuild one as you can see. I picked one up in Illinois from a fellow named Bob for a song. You can see his hovercraft in the other pictures.

My Background

I am Blaine MacMillan, the third son of Floyd MacMillan.
I learned how to build things from my own interest and my fathers help. He was always busy building things and working with his hands. Now that he is nearing retirement, he may get back into the hovercraft hobby.
